Why we changed it
The generic dashboard was optimized for SaaS operators, not workshop participants. Students were landing on the site, seeing the dashboard, and not knowing where to start. The welcome is a 10-second primer that gets out of the way as soon as you start a progression — but it's there when you need it.
The same welcome is fully translated to Hebrew with RTL layout.
